The “Sleep Solutions in Dentistry ” seminar offers valuable information for incorporating or growing your practice of dental sleep medicine and can lead to a positive impact on the lives of your patients and your practice.

During this two-and-a-half-day course you will learn about sleep medicine from a dental perspective. The course provides you with information on basic and advanced techniques in examination, testing and treatment. In addition, we will cover the most effective approach to develop a good working relationship with the sleep medicine physicians and sleep disorders centers in your community.

We will discuss important issues of practice management including recommendations for marketing, insurance reimbursement and day-to-day practice operations.

The first half -day provides an overview of sleep medicine, covering sleep physiology, signs, symptoms, effects and medical treatments of OSA. The second day incorporates lecture and hands-on experiences. During the third day you will be in the operatory during direct patient care learning the details of managing these patients. The advanced course has been designed with your input. This seminar is available only to dentists who have completed other basic courses in Dental Sleep Medicine, such as “Sleep Solutions in Dentistry,” and have been treating patients with oral appliance therapy.
